Day Two

For day two, I decided to start playing around with haiku. As a result, I wrote a three-part “haiku.”

Raining in Bordeaux
raining in Bordeaux
on this dark, April morning
brings vernal delights.

wet cobblestone streets,
man slips at the train station:
patience is so sweet.

daily high speed trains
are not as forgiving as
the blooming lotus.
